Chat First 20 Minutes After Eating Can Prevent Fat




     Busy lifestyles haste makes people do not have much time at the dinner table. Once the Food runs out, immediately resume activity. And if you want a relaxing first 20 minutes, one of the benefits is not easy to get fat.

     The longer the casual conversation after dinner, the smaller the risk for obesity problems. Research shows people relaxing and chatting 20 minutes after eating much less fat than just a casual 17 minutes.

     This effect is observed especially when eating together with the family. It is believed, one contributing factor is the creation of good communication and regular meals. Generally, indiscriminate eating triggers fat easier than eating regularly.

     "Children from families who have a habit of eating together for 20 minutes or more, 4 times a day lower body weight than those eating signitikan with just 15-17 minutes," said Dr. Barbara Fiese of the University of Illinois, reports the Daily mail, Monday (01/22/2013).

     Research conducted by Dr. Fiese also revealed that families who eat together considered as an important part in together less often have children who are obese. In addition, the more familiar among family members are also obese, the risk is smaller.

     Dr. Fiese says, encourages families to eat together events scheduled in the relaxed atmosphere is the most straightforward approach to prevent obesity. Besides convenient, events like this are usually also simultaneously strengthen the bond of kinship.

     The only constraint is the availability of time, given today's busy people in general are so dense. Getting out of bed immediately went to work, spent the day working and then when I go home exhausted and then fell asleep.
